How to Add Your Digital Menu to Google Business Profile
By MegaComanda Team · September 17, 2026
When someone searches for your restaurant on Google or finds it on Maps, your Google Business Profile listing is usually the first thing they see — before they even reach your own page. If that listing has a direct link to your menu, you save the customer a step and give Google one more signal about what your business is.
Why it's worth doing
Google Business Profile has a specific field for the menu. If you leave it empty, the customer has to go find your menu on their own — on your Instagram, in an old PDF, or on a different restaurant entirely. If you fill it in with your digital menu, they see it in one tap, already optimized for their phone.
How to do it, step by step
1. Copy your MegaComanda digital menu link (the same one your QR code points to).
2. Sign in to your listing at business.google.com with the Google account that manages it.
3. Find the "Menu" section (on some listings it appears under "Edit profile → Menu" or inside "Business information").
4. Paste your digital menu link and save.
The change isn't instant — Google can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of days to show it publicly, depending on the listing.
One link, always up to date
Since your digital menu lives at a fixed address that you update from your dashboard, the link you paste into Google Business Profile never breaks or goes stale — it's the same one you use on your table QR code, on social media, or wherever else you share it.
